Ashley "Frank" Black #35
Ashley Lynne Black, aka AB, ashblack, smashley, Bashley, Frank, lil' MJ, lil' toot, Bashley Aack, River Rat, Black, Ms. Black, BLASH!, was born at 10am on Monday, September 14th in a tiny town called Pacerville. Although an uninhibited sport-a-holic, she concentrated on basketball in her youth before finding ultimate frisbee at Chico State in 2001.
She graduated with BA in Physical Education (Cum Laude) from CSU in 2003 and earned her teaching credential in 2004, when she realized her dream profession of being a Physical Education teacher…ultimately earning ‘Teacher of the Year’ at her school in 2009. AB continued her ultimate career with Cannonball (Chico/Humboldt Mixed) in 2002-2004, Axis of Evil (Austin, Mixed) in 2005, Showdown (Austin, Womens) in 2006, AIR (Bay Area, Mixed) in 2009 and now Zeitgeist!
